  1. Oh this page is wonderful, singing is one of the best ways to uplift the spirit when it needs it. I love tones and vibrations, they reach far into the soul and help keep me grounded.

Have you seen the Bhuddist singing bowls? I’ve never seen them live but even watching them on video really touches me.

Thanks for sharing this page, Im looking forward to hanging out here when I get a moment.

  2. This is amazing, I’ve been coming back to listen to Om Mani Padme Hum Mantra and I’ve been wondering why I find it so moving and comforting.

When I feel like no one else understands how Im feeling this mantra has been so uplifting for me and today for the first time I read the video description to see the words “the mantra (prayer) Om Mani Padme Hum invites the blessings of Chenrezig, the embodiment of compassion.”

I just have to thank you for this, sometimes I dont understand why Im overcome with such deep emotion when I hear this mantra but Im thinking Chenrezig might be on my side. I always feel better when I hear it (sometimes I have tears when it finishes lol).

    TY

  3. :)

Thank you so much, your explanation really rezonates with me! I love it, it makes a lot of sense and I felt such peace while I was reading it.

What you say about love and compassion, I think thats what I feel when I listen to this mantra. The compassion bit I’ve been worried about, you know its a bit odd I wasnt sure I was able to feel compasssion lately but no joke this mantra is powerful because I feel love and deepness when I hear it and it stays with me!

I’ve started learning about Bhuddist teachings and your post inspires me to keep going. Fascinating what you wrote about Bodhichitta, I cant wait to learn more.

    • I’m not a lama (teacher) lol … I’m just a practitioner. Also this quote is worthwhile sharing.

“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.” — Buddha
