What I see here that makes me want to shriek "no" at the top of my lungs is young moms giving babies and toddlers several bottles of fruit juice daily and rarely ever water. It's not uncommon for the moms to be sucking on Red Bull or Jolt or other unhealthy caffeine laden so-called "energy drinks". Neither is it uncommon to see young kids purchasing that poison in corner stores. :( @Nita

I hope I can make some time this week to some blog commenting. My reading list is long and my time is short as I begin a new contract job today. I'm a really big TED fan but I couldn't locate Dr. Li's two talks on video on the site. If you find them please let me know. And, "yes" I beat cancer but I don't usually choose to share that. There are many other experiences I have had that I also I choose not to share until the time feels right to me.
