I love how you talk about not talking things personally.  I am currently working on that in therapy.  It&#039;s also one of the agreements in &quot;The Four Agreements&quot; by Miguel Ruiz.  It&#039;s a powerful concept.  I also believe in neuroplasticity.  We can change our brain simply by our thoughts.  I will definitely add this advice from your blog for my healing. But I do realize that you can&#039;t please everyone all the time. It&#039;s a fact of life and I can&#039;t beat myself up over that - I just have to accept it.]]></description>
