The first few words in this lovely video are perhaps the most important ever uttered by Siddhartha Gautama. This is the essence of his teaching and the way of enlightenment. It is also the hardest of his teaching. DO NOT listen to anyone else's teaching, discovery, visions ,etc.Do not put yourself in bondange to anyone or anything...including Gautama... UNLESS, it is true for you, unless you, after long thought, understand. If you can get beyond this point, and it is far more difficult than it seems, you are left with a jewel of incalcubale value. The Buddha is not a God, nor is Buddhism properly a religion. It offers great peace
and freedom from thought and fear. Notice the distinction; it is a way of enlightenment.There is no way to enlightenment.It is not a place or thing. Namaste.

I'm happy to hear that you have discovered your pathway and uncovered the philosophy that you may use it on your spiritual journey.

@nothing profound
"You study yourself". That's for sure. Many times I just sit with whatever emotion I am feeling and let it be. When I do that without cogitating or contemplating where it's coming from the source is revealed to me. I take responsibility for where I'm at, I pacify myself, then I "go deep" and sort it , and I become my own healer.
