April 29, 2009 – All you have to do to help end world hunger is to join thousands of others bloggers on April 29 and write a post about world hunger.

Every day in April, Heifer International is working hard to help lift people out of poverty through their “Pass on the Gift” project. I’d never heard of Heifer’s International–but what a great organization! I really like how they empower communities to improve themselves through lifestock education and training. These are skills that will last a lifetime and ones that people can also pass along to others.
