Prescription for improved sperm quality sex every day
Australian scientists have shown that the practice of men refraining from ejaculating too often to protect their sperm count can be counterproductive and may lower male fertility. Abstaining from sex does increase the number of sperm that are ejaculated, and this has led to advice that couples trying for a baby should have sex every two to three days. But longer periods of abstinence, achieve little because while the quantity of sperm might increase, its quality declines.
The pilot study of 42 men whose sperm showed significant DNA damage found that daily ejaculation reduced this by 12 per cent. The research suggests men who suffer fertility problems because of low sperm quality may be able to improve their chances of fatherhood by having sex and ejaculating every day. Source

… lol … Yes it does seem that daily sex aimed at procreation does require an available and amenable partner.

I’ve got the available and amenable parter thing down; what I need is the improved quality part…oh, that’s just the SPERM! My bad.
