It’s been doing the rounds on the internet for over a year and the earliest record I can find of it is on the UKIP website – the UK right-wing party devoted to getting out of Europe. It was reproduced there from a local UKIP newsletter. Personally I wouldn’t trust anything from UKIP to have any political basis in fact…
