		<description><![CDATA[Sounds great!  Since I&#039;ve been placed on a diet by my physician - my husband is on a diet too!  Actually, we&#039;re both starting to think of this as a lifestyle change - for the very first time!  

However, the only way I&#039;m going to keep him in the game is by serving red meat once a week.  He&#039;ll eat poultry and vegetarian several times....but the carnivore roars every week!  

If that&#039;s what it takes - I&#039;m happy to do it and my doctor is thrilled with the results!  Great article!]]></description>
